Across the country, Agrivert manage five anaerobic digestion plants that turn food waste into energy with the electricity being sold back to the grid through a Power Purchase Agreement.
Since 2011, TradeLink Solutions have provided commercial services to maximise the revenue from the electricity generated at all of Agrivert's sites. These services have included:
- Managing the accreditation application process for both the ROO-FIT and RO schemes
- Annual brokerage of their Power Purchase Agreeements (PPAs) for the past 7 years.
- Monthly administration services which include the submission of Output Data to Ofgem to secure renewable benefits for the installations in the form of Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs)
- Monthly transfers of ROCs and REGOs issued by Ofgem to the preferred offtaker
